Money is an important part of who we are as human beings.  As people pursing a holistic faith, we believe that our money is one of the elements God is asking us to surrender to his activity in the world.  At Argenta UMC we use the traditional Jewish and Christian tithe (10% of what we receive) as a guide for generous giving.  We acknowledge that we are all on different paths toward surrendering our finances, but believe we must begin the journey.

In addition to seeking to tithe individually, at Argenta UMC, we seek to tithe corporately.  10% of the gifts received at Argenta UMC are reinvested in other ministries within the community.  We see this as a vital piece to our becoming a generous church. 

Ways To Give Financially:

1.      E-tithing: For regular givers - Automatic withdrawl

2.      During worship: as a way to respond to communion

4.      Paypal: No Paypal account required, just a bank account or credit/debit card.
